Well the city of coeurd'alene has hired an AFFORDABLE HOUSEING CONSALTANT,they couldnt figure out on there own that if you pay people a livible wage for the area,they will be able to afford to live there.this idea that we need to build houseing payed for inpart by taxpayers,you know who pays taxes dont you,the middle income worker,not the rich.so what you have is middle income people subsidizing houseing for rich people so they can have someone clean there pool.who do they end up hireing to clean pool,the only person desperate inough to do these jobs for such low pay are the illegal immagrints.yep that good old right to work for low wages for the rich law is working real good.for the rich.

theres a great story posted over at mountaingoatreport.typepad.com,that shows how a nuclear waste reprocessing research company has donated 63,000.00 to otters governor campain.the company is on a doe grant list to recieve 16 million in grants for a studies for spent nuclear fuel reprocessing.the company wants to do the research in atomic city idaho.another company wants to do the research at the INEL site in southern idaho.they will have to import the nuclear fuel rods from other countrys.theres already spent nuclear waste that is stored at INEL.Does idaho realy want more nuclear fuel stored in idaho.I know I dont.Both my mother and my half-sisters dad died from cancer,both worked at INEL.otter has shown through the iraq war that he doesnt give a rats ass about anybody but himself,he gave no oversite of bush,he helped to send are soldiers to a uneeded immoral sinceless war without the right equipment and has provided no oversite what so ever.I have no dobt that he will provide the same kind of thoughtless governance for idaho.

I was exited to see that the THE NATURE CONSERVANCY donated the 300 acres that encludes the thousand springs preserve near hagerman.It also comes with a 1million dollar endowment fund to help manage the property.I just hope the new governor doesnt decide to sell off the new state park to help fund the war on terror or anything else.Iam kind of surprised the nature conervancy trusted idaho'ns to take proper care of it.

I was glad to here that the Idaho dems are prepared to fight,and not take the neo-nazyrepublican bullshit .I also read that the average north Idahaon can only afford about 4% of the houses that are for sale hear.One of the hair brane ideas to help solve this problem is to have some rich land owner give away a big peice of land so somebody can build afordable houseing.heres my take on the situation,the biggest reason that property prices are so high is becouse of the rich people moving here and buying 2 houses instead of one,so that they can make more money.there driving up the land values while at the same time refuseing to raise wages.now these are the same people who will tell you the reason they left where they use to live becouse of illegl minorities.now these same people are driving up the cost of living so high that the average local doesnt whant to live hear becouse the wages are to low,so he moves away.Question,who replaces the local.answer,the illegal alein that the rich hired for cash to mow his lawn and clean his pool.the illegal guy doesnt mind living in scwaller conditions and working for slave wages becouse its actully a step up from were he was.The only thing thats going to trickle down from the rich as they get richer are more ideas for how they can get richer.there is a war rageing in america ,its a war of survival and so far the only ones winning are the rich.government and unions are 2 seperate tools that the middle class and poor have to try and keep things on balance,thats why corporations and the rich people that own them do everything possible to crush both.
